Processing Time

​Processing time is different from shipping time. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. A shipping notification with tracking information will be once your order is on its way. Please note delivery time is estimated therefore shipping times NOT guaranteed, and orders that arrive later than stated will not be refunded.

Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.

​Delivery Information​

A signature is not required on delivery, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the mail carrier.

If you do not want your package left unattended, please contact carrier connected to your tracking information to request a pick-up or schedule a time for delivery.

** International shipping times vary, due to their nature may take much longer to arrive, orders that arrive later than stated do not warrant a refund.
